Prescriptions product v1.2 Certification No. 15.05.05.3167.EIRS.01.00.1.230807 on August 7, 2023 certified criteria (170.315(b)(3), 170.315(b)(10), 170.315(d)(1), 170.315(d)(2), 170.315(d)(3), 170.315(d)(5), 170.315(d)(6), 170.315(d)(7), 170.315(d)(8), 170.315(d)(12), 170.315(d)(13), 170.315(g)(3), 170.315(g)(4), 170.315(g)(5) with relied upon software by Surescripts. This Health IT Module is compliant with the ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The P.A.G.R Prescriptions platform supports MFA in accordance with §170.315(d)(13). All providers must perform an ID verification before using the platform. The MFA is used on all controlled substance medications before submitting to a pharmacy, and to export data that may contain PHI.
